1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return under our guarantee, we ask that you use the product consistently for at least 14 days to allow the nutrients to begin the natural renewal process. Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@sakureva.com We take full responsibility for transit issues and will send a complimentary replacement right away.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@sakureva.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Form and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
While we provide free shipping on all initial orders, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their items to our warehouse, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
