We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, to all destinations we serve globally.

1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on your local postal service and customs processing in your country.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your package is scanned into the carrier's system, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your delivery's progress directly.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, SAKUREVA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SAKUREVA is not liable for packages confirmed as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier to open an inquiry.
